Related Companies – VP/Controller and Director of Reporting for the Following Projects:

Hudson Yards: $20+ Billion planned redevelopment of 28 acres on the west side of Manhattan (involved in project during 5 yr. pre-development phase and the $1.4 billion closing of Phase I of the Project for the new world headquarters for Coach Inc.).

Sun Life Stadium (Home of the Miami Dolphins): Construction of multi-million dollar improvements to the stadium, including the addition of an adjacent office building for the team, technology upgrades, and improvements to the owners’ boxes and concession facilities for the Super Bowl.

Time Warner Center: $2 Billion mixed-use development project located Columbus Circle in Manhattan, which is now the world headquarters for Time Warner Inc., Mandarin Oriental Hotel NYC, One Central Park residential condos, Shops at Columbus Circle, Jazz at Lincoln Center performance halls, and the corporate headquarters for Related Companies and Apollo Real Estate Advisors.

Moynihan Train Station: Multi-billion dollar redevelopment and historic renovation of the 1905 Farley Post Office, including the conceptual designs for the total renovation of Penn Station in Manhattan.

CityPlace: $600 Million urban renewal project to re-develop 72 acres of downtown West Palm Beach, Florida into a multi-block retail center, performance hall, and residential condo and rental units. Also included major infrastructure, plaza and parking facilities developed through a Public-Private Partnership with the City of West Palm Beach.
